Founded in 2021, DC PrimaCare was created with a clear purpose: to make a positive difference in the lives of people living with disability by providing exceptional, person centred support.

Our founder is a Registered Nurse and single mother of three who has dedicated her career to caring for others. After many years working across hospitals, aged care, and the community, she saw an opportunity to create a provider where every participant is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion, while receiving the highest standard of care.

What began as one nurse’s vision has grown into a trusted Registered NDIS Provider with a dedicated team of highly trained support workers. Together, we bring more than 50 years of combined healthcare and disability support experience, delivering personalised supports that empower participants to live safely, independently, and confidently.

Although we have grown, our purpose remains the same. Every participant is at the heart of everything we do, and every decision is guided by our commitment to quality, integrity, and genuine care.
